Punishment of the crime

around 15:50 on May 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in the kitchen of “C cafeteria” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) in the victim D ( South, 31 years of age) who is a staff member of the East-gu, left hand of the Defendant, she saw the Defendant for the kitchen use ( approximately 25 cm in total length, approximately 15 cm in blades) which is an object dangerous to the luh hand by protruding the luh and throwing down the lab, and she saw the Defendant’s lab.
