Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Cwning three cargo vehicles owned by B.

On February 21, 2014, the Defendant, even though he was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle that is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, was driving the said motor vehicle on the mandatory insurance, and operated the said motor vehicle within about 4 km from D to the plane captain’s parking lot located in the same plane captain as that located in the front of the Busan Gun of the plane captain.
