Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected as the representative director of the 20th apartment house in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the victim C(77 tax) was the representative director of the 19th apartment house.

On June 12, 2017, the Defendant asserted that the damaged person was illegal in the process of election of the representative of the 20-time occupant, on the side of the above B apartment management office, around 21:00, on the ground that the public hearing was completed, and that the victim was assaulted by taking the body of the victim due to the Defendant’s shoulder and head, and that the victim exceeded the victim’s back to the next two weeks, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as sugar, in which there is no two open places where the victim needs to receive treatment for about two weeks.
