Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The Defendant is a company with the business purpose of cleaning, guarding, and facility management services, and K around April 2012 (hereinafter “instant K”).
(2) The Plaintiffs concluded a labor contract with the Defendant and worked in the above K’s 1 through 6 mechanical rooms, electricity rooms, disaster prevention centers, etc., and were in charge of construction, electricity repair, machinery repair, disaster prevention, etc.
B. The Plaintiffs in the form of their work were engaged in shift work in the form of repeated work according to the set interval of day duty, night duty, and holiday duty.
The plaintiffs' forms of work have been changed over several times as follows.

(a) The working hours of members shall be 8 hours a day, and 40 hours a week; (b) The working hours of members shall be, in principle, 8 hours a day, and 40 hours a week; (c) The working hours shall be allowed to be used for a medium time of 8 hours. (c) The working hours shall be allowed to be used for a medium period of 1 hours a day: 09 hours a day: 18 hours a day, 12 hours a week, and 13 hours a week, if there is an agreement between the parties to a work under Article 35 (Extended Work) of the Rules, the working hours under Article 31 may be extended within the limit of 12 hours a week:
