The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. In the previous summary of the grounds for appeal, the victim took a bath and assault at all times on the part of the defendant. At the time of the instant case, the victim took a bath while the victim took a bath, and the victim took a bath at all times, so the defendant is blue with blus to prevent the victim from assaulting himself. Thus, the defendant's act constitutes self-defense or legitimate act.

2. The Defendant asserted to the same effect in the lower court, and the lower court rejected this.

The lower court’s judgment is justifiable in light of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court, and the witness G’s statement was presented.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the conclusion is groundless.
