Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a fixed wing vehicle C.
1. On October 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.066% in blood transfusion on October 20, 2015; and (b) proceeded with the front direction of the entrance of Mat in the luminous distance from the luminous width room to the luminous health center.
