Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates Internet Nene Blob Blob Blob “D” and is widely known as “E” in online community.

1. No person who violates the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, etc. shall defame any third person by disclosing any fact openly through an information and communications network with intent to defame any third person;
