Defendant A and the Defendant B, first of all other people, had been installed to prevent the entrance at the place of the building in question, and have damaged the 2 million won market price of the victim H and the victim I, the market price of the victim I.

Defendant C continuously assaulted the victim I with L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, U, and T by moving the two arms of the victim H into the outside of the building. Defendant A and Defendant B assaulted the victim’s two arms by moving them into the outside of the building. Defendant A and the J, together with the victim’s K and J, to move back to the outside of the building.

As a result, D, Defendant A, and Defendant B jointly damaged the property owned by the victim H and the victim I, and D and Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C shared with K, J, J, L, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, U, and T assaulted the victim G, the victim H, and the victim I.
