1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

A. On March 2014, the Plaintiff asserted that he/she became aware of the Defendant at the Diveston Association located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and that he/she lent a total of KRW 34,439,720 to the Defendant from March 2014 to December 2014 as follows:
