Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2019, around 22:00, the Defendant received a demand from the victim for delivery by drinking alcohol together with two and the victim and two other parties in D stude E where the victim C resides in Busan Metropolitan City B, as well as the victim and two other parties.

However, the defendant did not respond to this, and until the police officer called out by the victim's report arrives, the defendant takes a way to collect the plan until the police officer arrives, and the defendant leaves the victim's place without justifiable reasons.

The Office did not comply with the request.
