The grounds of appeal are examined.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court convicted all of the facts charged in the instant case, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, including forgery of official documents, false entry, such as forged official documents, uttering of forged official documents, electronic records, and electronic records, and electronic records recorded falsely. In so doing, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the joint principal offender and admissibility of evidence in violation of the rules of evidence or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
