Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person engaged in driving a rocketing taxi.
On April 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the above taxi on April 2, 2010, and led to G from the direction of F to G along the two lanes in front of the E in Busan Jin-gu.
Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service temporarily stops in accordance with the signals and check whether there is a cross-road vehicle, etc. and drive safely.
