A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in the operation of BNF rocketing taxi.

On March 12, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi under the influence of alcohol of 0.08% with a blood alcohol concentration of 04:30% on March 12, 2015, and proceeded at the speed of about 70 km from the original to the speed of about 30 km along the two-lanes of the road between the two-lane roads at the speed of the city.
