Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person in charge of the environmental management of a construction site as a site manager of a D Co., Ltd. that proceeds from the “C-Newly constructed construction work” in Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City B.

On July 2017, the Defendant buried waste in the site boundary of the construction site, such as the tent, styp, and styp, generated at the “C-Newly constructed construction site” site.

Accordingly, the Defendant buried industrial wastes in a place other than waste disposal facilities permitted, approved, or reported pursuant to the Waste Management Act.
