Punishment of the crime

Defendant G Co., Ltd. (six full-time workers), which is the packing company from old and American City F to August 2004, and from January 2014, Defendant 2014, Defendant G Co., Ltd. ( sixteen full-time workers) is each an employer who runs the automobile parts manufacturing business company from Gu and Si Co., Ltd. (16 full-time workers).

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 18,356,946 for two employees, as well as KRW 8,493,714 of the I retirement pay and KRW 9,863,232 of the J’s retirement pay, respectively, which the Defendant did not pay within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred without an agreement on extension of the payment deadline.

2. Any employer who violates the Guarantee of Retirement Benefits for Workers H-related Workers, shall pay retirement allowances within 14 days after the ground for such payment, in case where the worker retires.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay KRW C’s retirement allowance of KRW 5,529,451, which had been employed from February 17, 2014 to August 1, 2016 at the same place of business within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the payment cause without agreement on extension of the payment date.
