Reasons
Punishment of the crime
“A police officer who was appointed as a patrol officer on November 26, 2004, and served as an intelligence criminal investigator at the Seoul Western Police Station H of Seoul Western Police Station from January 16, 2015 to April 1, 2016.
G was a police officer exclusively in charge of the Bosing investigation at the Seoul Regional Police Agency's metropolitan investigation team to conduct an investigation into Bosing organization in relation to Bosing organization management and education of 1 staff members in charge of the management and education of Bosing organization, J for the recruitment of counselors, K for the total collection and withdrawal of Bosing passbook K, Counseling L, M, etc.
G In the course of investigating the Bosing case, G became aware of the fact that if Bosing criminal starts with the capital of KRW 2,000-300 to KRW 300,000 through I and it is well known that the amount of KRW 100,000 won is more than KRW 10,000 per month.
G suggested I, at the beginning of March, 2015, that “I would see the investors at the time of re-sing Bosing,” and I accepted it.

On March 9, 2015, the Defendant sent 20 million won to I through O in the vicinity of the Defendant’s Docle on March 9, 2015 as Bosing Investment.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with I, invested in Bosing business together with G who is a police official, and provided an opportunity to receive future investment profits, in relation to his duties.
