A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:40 on May 5, 2013, the Defendant was driving a B window-sleon vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.085% from the street in front of a point 199km at the upper 199km of the west Coast Highway Standon Line 194km.

2. On May 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, who is engaged in driving of Birs Vehicle, was driving the said vehicle at a point of 196.6 km on the west Coast Highway at around 04:40 on May 5, 2013. The Defendant, who is driving on an expressway, neglected his duty of care to observe and safely proceed with the said vehicle, while driving the expressway at a central line of 0.085% under the influence of alcohol concentration, due to the negligence of driving the Victim C (Seoul, 47 years old) driving the vehicle at the center in order to avoid shock with the Defendant’s vehicle, caused injury to the victim, such as dypoids and tensions of the vehicle requiring treatment for about 4 weeks on the right side of the vehicle, and continued to drive the said vehicle at the right side of the victim at the right side of the road at the right side of the road at the right side of the victim at the right side of the road at the 10-day.
