A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2013, the Defendant, having employed a female sex trafficking business female, 1018 and 1115 of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Building 1018 and 1115, had the intention to operate a sex trafficking business establishment with the trade name "D".

1. Around August 22, 2013, the Defendant employed a youth F (the age of 17) as a female sexual traffic, through the Internet “E” website (E), as a female, around August 22, 2013.

At around 14:00 on August 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported a commercial sex acts advertising site under Article 1018 of the above C building 10,000; (b) had the G, who found the place, receive 120,000 won for the chemical name and have the F and sexual intercourse with those who were unable to know the name of the place; and (c) had the F, until August 27, 2013, arrange the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex for business with the name of 120,000 won for the commercial name.

2. On August 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (i.e., arranging commercial sex acts) employing H (i.e., age 19) through the Internet website as a female of commercial sex acts.

On August 28, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) reported a commercial sex acts site under Article 1115 of the above C Building No. 1115; and (b) allowed H to engage in sexual intercourse with men whose name the Defendant had found it was unknown from August 29, 2013; and (c) received an amount equivalent to KRW 1.20,000,00 from August 28, 2013.
