A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving motor vehicles B;

On May 3, 2015, at around 0.16:20, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol of 0.195% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.195%, and proceeded with two-lane roads in front of Samhoho-gu, Samho-gu, Samho-dong, Samho-ho, Samho-ho, a three-lane road in the front of Samho-gu, Samho-ho, Samho-ho, Samho-ho, a three-lane road, one-lane, a speed of 40km, and proceeded to U.

Since there are frequent roads of automobile traffic, in such a case, there was a duty of care to check the front and rear left by a person engaged in driving business and prevent accidents in advance by checking the safety of course.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected his/her duty to drive normally due to the influence of alcohol as above, and did not look well at the rear side, and was negligent by the Defendant’s failure to take the rear side, which led to a single-lane of the bus terminal at the 3th Dochoho Lakeng-Anng-Anng-Anng-Anng-cup of the said road. The part of the victim C(52 years old)’s right-hand part of the rocketing car was loaded back to the left-hand side

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer injury, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks by occupational negligence as above.

2. On August 8, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, due to the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, from the support on October 5, 201, the summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, from the same support on October 5, 201, and from the same support on April 10, 201, the summary order of KRW 5 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and from the same support on April 10, 2013, a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 was issued.

The Defendant on May 16, 2015
