Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the head of the regional headquarters of the Plaintiff, an incorporated association, C (hereinafter “instant Association”), and the Defendant served as the chairperson of the instant Association trade union (hereinafter “instant trade union”) around December 2016.
