Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the head of the regional headquarters of the Plaintiff, an incorporated association, C (hereinafter “instant Association”), and the Defendant served as the chairperson of the instant Association trade union (hereinafter “instant trade union”) around December 2016.

B. On December 19, 198, the Plaintiff started working at the instant association. From January 2016, the Plaintiff served together with F, G, H, and E as the head of the D Regional Headquarters of the instant Association. (ii) From January 2016, E submitted an application for voluntary retirement to the instant association on July 7, 2016, stating that “E applies for voluntary retirement as of August 31, 2016 due to personal reason,” and accordingly, E was withdrawn from the instant association on March 1, 2017 following the transition period of six months.
