Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Criminal facts

1. On November 3, 2017, from around 20:50 to 21:05 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main store business by avoiding the disturbance due to the following reasons: (a) the victim, who did not pay the alcohol value from U.S. U.S. U.’s U.’s U.S. store but, due to the shortage of the balance, he expressed a bath to the victim “hing so that he would be hinging down.” (b) the victim, who tried to hing up the table, and hing up the table, and caused the hingb B B B B B B B B B to wear away from the bottom.
