1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. Earthquake Jindo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Air Jindo”) filed an application for commencing rehabilitation procedures with the Daegu District Court 201 Gohap50,000, and the said court, on December 14, 201, appointed the Plaintiff as a custodian, when it rendered a decision to commence rehabilitation procedures with respect to the Jindo Island.

The Plaintiff was certified as Korean Industrial Standards (KS) with respect to the “resting steel for reinforced concrete” (Standard Number : KS D3504) by the Defendant, as a company established for manufacturing business, such as steel-frame and building materials.

On March 16, 2015, C belonging to the Korea Testing and Research Institute of Chemical Convergence (hereinafter “instant samples”) requested the Korea Testing and Research Institute of Chemical Convergence to conduct a unit weight test for the said samples after collecting a fluoring mouth for reinforced concrete manufactured and sold by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant samples”). On April 3, 2015, the Director of the Korea Testing and Research Institute of Chemical Convergence notified the Director of the National Technical Standards of passing the unit weight test for the relevant samples.

At the time of the investigation of the above goods on the market, human resources belonging to the Korean Steel Association, which are the standard development cooperation agencies under Article 5 (3) of the Industrial Standardization Act, accompany them, and separately surveyed the chemical and mechanical performance of wing steel for reinforced concrete, and as a result, it was determined that the Plaintiff’s steel wing steel for reinforced concrete taken by the Korean Steel Co., Ltd. falls short of the string strength and notified the Director of the National Technical Standards.

E. Accordingly, on May 19, 2015, the President of the National Technical Standards Institute of Testing and Research additionally requested the head of the Korea Testing and Research Institute to conduct a stamp test on the instant samples, and the President of the Korea Testing and Research Institute of Chemical Convergence.
