The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content 0.076%, and around July 28, 2008, around 21:16, the Defendant driven the B rocketing car owned by himself from the entrance of the Jinna-dong, Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Recreation Park to around 163-8, 163-8, the same Gu.
