On September 3, 2016, around 23:56, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 200 meters alcohol concentration 0.159% from the front of the new forest-dong Samsungdong mayor in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of about 209, old new forest-ro 209.
