Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated D in Daegu Jung-gu C and 3 floors from around December 2007 to September 2013.

It is a current or former E-related person.

E established “G” (2009-09, occupational placement office), and “H” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2010, and had the Defendant manage the entire business.

1. The Defendant, while arranging a de facto marital relationship with E, intended to close down a G opened in the name of E.

On April 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the Gu office of the economic department of Jung-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) at the office of the Gu office of the Economic division of Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, the name, location, and reporter of the “vocational Information Business Report”; and (c) at the resident registration number column, the Defendant stated “G, Daegu-gu F, E, and I” as “E” in the column of the business closure date; and (d) stated “E” in the column of the reporter’s name and held in advance following the name.

E’s seal was affixed.

In addition, the Defendant submitted a false report on the closure of his occupational information business at the same time, which was forged as above, to an employee in charge of the name in the above location.

As a result, the Defendant forged one copy of the report on the closure of vocational information business in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised a forged report on the closure of vocational information business.

2. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant at the time of the alteration and alteration of private documents: (a) arbitrarily revised the lessor’s “fourth floor office” as indicated in the column for the lease of “Real Estate Lease Agreement” in the name of the lessor E in relation to “G” located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, drafted as of March 24, 201 by using official approval color fences; and (b) arbitrarily revised the lessor’s “third floor office.”

In addition, the defendant submitted the modified real estate lease agreement to the public service center of the Daegu District Court at the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant is named E in relation to rights and obligations.
