1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2017, at around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) checked the hole in the face of the Defendant’s wife E with a fire officer D, who was a member of the first-aid unit C belonging to the Shipping Department C, called the Defendant upon receipt of a report 119, and confirmed that the Defendant was able to report the hole in the Defendant’s wife E face; (b) sent a bath, the Defendant pushed the d’s buckbuck part once, and carried the d’s buck part by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the emergency service activities of the fire fighter by exercising violence or intimidation against the fire fighter dispatched.
