1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, due to the instant injury, hospitalized in the Jeju General Hospital from February 13, 2013 to March 13, 2013, and from April 9, 2014 to April 17, 2014, and spent KRW 1,497,170 in total with medical expenses, etc.

C. Defendant and C were indicted for multiple crimes, such as the instant injury, etc. by Gwangju District Court 2013 Godan3471.

On January 13, 2014, the Defendant appealed on the ground of unfair sentencing after having been convicted of two years of imprisonment with labor on the ground of unfair sentencing. However, on April 10, 2014, the Defendant was dismissed (Seoul District Court 2014No1999), and the judgment was finalized on April 21, 2014.

According to the above fact of recognition that the defendant and C jointly committed an act of assaulting the plaintiff and thereby inflicted an injury on the plaintiff, barring special circumstances, the defendant is jointly and severally liable to compensate the plaintiff for the plaintiff's damage caused by the injury of this case.

3. Scope of liability for damages

A. Income that the Plaintiff was unable to obtain during the period of hospitalization is KRW 2,853,324.
