Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall be the chairman of the Commercial Building Operations Association B.

The organizer of an assembly or demonstration shall not engage in any activity clearly deviating from the scope of the purpose, date, time, place, method, etc. of the reported demonstration.

As the organizer of an assembly, the Defendant reported to the Daegu East Police Station on February 18, 2013 that he/she would hold an opposing assembly at the Daegu East Coast Guard on February 18, 2013 and February 19, 2013, on February 10:0 through 18:00, and on February 19, 2013, Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu citizens' safety theme park, and that he/she would hold an opposing assembly at the 10th subway staff of the Daegu East Coast Station.
