A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 15, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud in the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the wood prison on October 6, 2019.

1. On January 15, 2020, from around 14:00 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant ordered the victim C’s main points operated by the members of Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, to make an order for alcohol, alcohol, etc. even if he received such orders from the victim, the Defendant ordered beer, etc. as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and the Defendant received the payment from the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and then, the Defendant was provided with beer 21,600 won in total, 4,000 won in market value from the victim, and acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to the same amount due to the failure to pay the price

On January 15, 2020, the Defendant, at around 20:30, arrested a flagrant offender due to the above fraud, and attempted to sign the documents presented by the police officer and submit them in order to conceal his/her personal information on the thought that he/she was arrested as a flagrant offender due to other fraudulent crimes committed previously by the Defendant.
The Defendant, as above, arrested a flagrant offender F at the G police box located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, the Defendant: (a) signed and sealed the “D” on the confirmation column when the police box affiliated with the G police box demands the Defendant to sign on the letter of arrest of a flagrant offender; (b) forged the signature of the said D; and (c) submitted the signature of the said H to the said H who was aware of the fact.
The Defendant, “2020 Man-Ma324” from January 13, 2020 to 07:00 on the same day, at the main points operated by the Victim J in Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, the Defendant orders alcohol, alcohol, etc. and received it from the victim, despite having no intention or ability to pay the price, the Defendant would pay the price.
