Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2015, the Defendant, at C Hospital located in Busan, Daegu, Busan, on the part of the Defendant’s children hospitalized in the said hospital, was urged from the victim E (the age 40) who was the guard of the Busan, the Busan, a police station for the coast guard of the coast guard of the police station, to have the Defendant go home from his country because of the medical examination and treatment of the Defendant’s children hospitalized in the said hospital, and caused the disturbance of the said hospital, such as taking a flabbbing and taking a bath, etc., and having the Defendant go home from the victim E (the age 40), who was an unfortunatee of the said hospital.

The victim publicly insultingd the victim by openly obsing him/her at a large level.

2. A criminal attempt to damage public goods at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) was found to have been taken in and attempted to depart from the Fabdon patrol vehicle, which is an object used by the police officers belonging to the Busan Coast Guard D police station, in which the police officers belonging to the Busan Coast Guard, attempted to interfere with the utility of the said patrol vehicle once, but failed to achieve such intent.
