Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2013, at around 00:10, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.115 percent of blood alcohol concentration, and driven a vehicle B at approximately 30 meters away from the Guamb in Taedong-dong, Daegu Northern-dong, on the road suitable for the driver's license test site located in Daegu Northern-dong.
