A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 2012, the Defendant: (a) operated an officetel 605, 705, 805, and 1103-1 in the name of "C" in the name of "C" in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B building from July 2012; (b) employs women who engage in commercial sex acts, D (E), F (G), H (I) and J (K) who employ them, and pay 80,000 won if they have sexual intercourse with male customers; and (c) had expressed intent to attract sexual traffic to many unspecified men.

At around 20:00 on December 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided 130,000 won from a male in the 6th floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B building and provided guidance to 1103-1, where a female H is waiting to engage in sexual traffic; and (b) provided sexual traffic mediation services for business purposes over 76 times during the period from around that time to December 11, 2012, as shown in the annexed list of crimes.
