The defendant is a person who has a claim of approximately 130 million won against C, and the victim D (the age of 23) is a parent of C.

No creditor shall engage in any conduct that seriously undermines privacy or peace in business by inducing fear or apprehensions by visiting the relatives of debtors at night (from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. on the following day) without justifiable grounds in connection with debt collection, or by demanding any person other than a debtor who is not legally obligated to repay debts to repay debts on behalf of the debtor, to cause fear or apprehensions.
