A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

All applications for compensation order filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

◈『2013고단777 사건』

1. On August 24, 2012, the defrauded: (a) at G Epis located in the Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon: (b) reported that the victim I written the statement that “SD hard disks and CPU is purchased” to NA; and (c) did not have the above hard disc, etc., and the victim did not have the intent and ability to send the above hard disc, etc.; (d) by deceiving the victim that “the victim would send 590,000 won to her house if he/she would transfer the money to her house; and (e) from that date, he/she received remittance KRW 5,90,000 from the victim until November 5, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 11,812,700 from the victim by deceiving the victims on a total of 41 occasions, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. On August 24, 2012, the Defendant violated the Electronic Financial Transactions Act: (a) at the Daejeon Complex Terminal, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, the Defendant obtained a passbook, cash withdrawal card, and password from a person who was unaware of his/her name, from the account in his/her name, and provided KRW 3.5 million in return for the receipt of the means of access.

◈『2013고단3528 사건』

1. From around January 2012 to January 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.: (a) conspiredd with the Victim L’s Ma, which is his/her father; (b) prepare a letter of intent that M is hedging around January 5, 2013; and (c) prepares a letter of intent that M will appear in the M status or will not communicate M with M, such as telephone, text, etc., on the 18th day of the same month.

However, the Defendant had expressed an influencous mind that M does not call for himself, but prevents the victim L from drinking for himself, and had expressed a bullying by sending the victim L, the victim’s wife N, and the victim’s Ma, who is his father, to the victim’s wife, without any discrimination, slandering M and the above victims.

On January 28, 2013, the Defendant could not know the place in Daejeon, around 01:15.
