1. The plaintiffs' appeal and the preliminary claims added by this court are all dismissed.

2. After an appeal is filed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff-A group promoted the project to install the sewage and livestock sludge treatment facilities in the Plaintiff-A group (1) as well as the project to install sewage sludge treatment facilities, which are capable of recycling sewage and livestock wastewater into the soil in the waste reclamation site. The Plaintiff-A group promoted the project to install the sewage sludge treatment facilities, which are capable of disposing of sewage and livestock wastewater in the course of implementing measures to prohibit direct reclamation of wastes, marine pollution prevention, etc. (hereinafter “sewages”) by burying them into land or discharging them into the sea.

B) For this purpose, the Plaintiff A group selected a feasibility study and design service company as set forth in paragraphs (2) through (5) of the following subparagraphs, (1), (2) a public sewerage recycling company, (3) a total sewage sludge treatment plant construction company, and (4) a supervision group, and (5) a group of Plaintiff A group requested the purchase of machinery to be installed in sewage sludge treatment facilities to the Gwangju Regional Procurement Service under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea. (2) a feasibility study and design service company: a new village integrated construction company (a) a new village integrated construction company (hereinafter “stock company”) on April 5, 2007.

B) The AA military sewage sludge treatment contract and the Basic and Working Design Service Contract were concluded (No. 22.b) and the New Village Construction again provided technical services related to the feasibility study and design by H Co., Ltd. (the responsible supervision company for sewage sludge treatment facilities)

(A) 3) As a company holding a patent for sewage sludge recycling method (Nuclear is called 'HBP method' and the largest feature is not an external heat source but an entry into force heat; hereinafter referred to as 'C's patent method'), C’s patent method is used as a company possessing a patent for sewage sludge containing water, which is made by putting in effect and melting sewage sludge, and then recycled into dunes, which is recycled into dunes.
