Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to install a waste-generating facility exceeding the scale prescribed by Presidential Decree (not less than 900§³) shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu in accordance with a plan for the installation of a waste-generating facility, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and a person who installs a waste-generating facility, a person who operates a disposal facility installed by him/her, a person who operates a disposal facility installed by him/her, or a person who smokes manure or liquid manure shall not discharge livestock excreta without flowing it into a disposal facility, or install a facility that is capable of discharging livestock excreta

Nevertheless, on February 14, 2017, the Defendant operated a stable of 1,320 square meters in size with the permission of the competent authority in C located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and discharged livestock excreta generated from the said livestock shed to the disposal facilities without flowing it into the disposal facilities.
