Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2013, when the Defendant was driving a 1t truck prior to the former Permanent Residence Maintenance Office, which was located in Heungdong on April 15:15, 2013, while driving the 1st truck, the Defendant, who was under control by driving the said 1st truck, was under control from the D slope belonging to the department of the Permanent Police Station, to ensure that the police officer, who was under control by driving the said 1 meter of the 3rd truck, which is a dangerous object, driving the said 1 meter away from the said police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with police officers' legitimate traffic control operations.
