The grounds of appeal are examined.

Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court acquitted the Defendants on all of the charges of this case on the ground that there was no proof of crime.

Examining the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on “act of occupational promotion” as prescribed by Article 86(1)1 of the Public Official Election Act and “the cost of posting video images” as prescribed by Article 230(1)5 of the Public Official Election Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
