A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2016. 8. 16. 01:00 경 피고인과 피고인의 동거 녀 피해자 D( 여, 40세) 이 함께 살고 있는 평택시 E 주택 201호 안방에서 피해 자로부터 헤어지자는 말을 듣게 되자 화가 나 피해자의 몸과 얼굴을 밀치며 나가지 못하게 하고, 주방에 있던 위험한 물건인 부엌칼( 총 길이 34Cm, 칼날 길이 21Cm) 을 들고 와 “ 이렇게 살 거면 같이 죽자 ”며 칼로 피고인의 손목을 긋는 시늉을 하고 피해자의 손목도 그을 것처럼 위협하고, 같은 날 01:24 경 이웃집의 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경찰관들 로부터 현관문을 열라는 요구를 받았음에도 이를 무시하고, 경찰관들이 강제로 현관문을 열고 진입하려고 하자 안방문을 잠근 채 피해자의 몸과 얼굴을 밀치며 나가지 못하게 하고, 손으로 피해자의 입을 막아 소리를 지르지 못하게 하였다.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the number of days of treatment, such as having the victim face and body cut up in the course of assault and confinement as above.
