Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2013, at around 19:16, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 4 km for the B body-person from the front of the flag library located in the Sinsan-gun, Geumsan-gun, Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the parking lot located in the inside of the same military inside of the military branch.
