A is a person who has been operating a total of six static points from around 2009, such as G, H, I Center J, K, L, M and M, and Defendant B is a person who is working for the above I Center as the vice president.

A person who sells agricultural products requiring the labeling of origin shall not sell such agricultural products in a false or disguised manner.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to sell the country of origin of imported swine and beef in disguised manner with domestic origin, using the fact that the price competition with neighboring large marinas with the 6 p.m. on the P.m. on the P.m., Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays does not regulate the country of origin of livestock products.

On September 1, 2015, Defendants sold KRW 369,206,653, total sales amounting to KRW 92,260,260,260,000 based on the sales amount by forging Center L in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and selling to unspecified customers who found H, the sum of sales amounting to KRW 369,20,653, total sales amounting to KRW 92,148,260,260 by pretending the crym of imported cattle to be domestically produced.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to sell agricultural products in disguised manner to indicate their origin.
