Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and captain of the cost coastal cabnets Co., Ltd. (5.62 tons) and is engaged in fishery as the captain.

No one shall capture fishery resources from June 1 to November 30, the period during which the capture of fishery resources is prohibited, in order to protect the propagation thereof.

Nevertheless, on August 23, 2013, from 07:10 to 08:50 on the same day, the Defendant violated the prohibition period by capturing 20 20 mix 4 (1 70 m30 m30m in length of 1 connected 20m in the sea with a net of approximately 5 m (38-32-95 N 128-30-95E) of the Gosung-gun-gun's Gosung-gun's Gosung-gun's Gowon-gun-gun's Gowon-gun
