1. Basic facts

A. On December 2, 2011, Defendant B, to obtain a loan, sent the Nong AF bank account number and the cash card and password connected thereto to Defendant C, Defendant C, on December 2, 201, to obtain a loan, sent the Nong AF account number and the cash card and password connected thereto, and Defendant D, on December 2, 201, to obtain a loan, sent the e-mail card and password connected to the one’s bank account under his/her name to the one-day bank account, so that the non-member may conduct electronic financial transactions using the above financial access medium.

B. On December 5, 2011, the Plaintiff arrested a person who created a substitute passbook in the name of the Plaintiff from a person who misrepresented to the police officer of the Incheon National Police Agency. The Plaintiff received a telephone call that “The Plaintiff sent the passbook, the passbook, the lot card, the new card, and the modern card number and password to be known,” and then notified the Plaintiff of the information on the Plaintiff’s means of access to the Plaintiff’s financial system.

C. On its day, a person who was unaware of name was to obtain a credit card loan from the Plaintiff’s above card, or to receive a cash service from the Plaintiff’s above bank account, but deposited 5,824,533 won from the above agricultural bank account of Defendant A to the above agricultural bank account of Defendant C, 6,124,121 won from Defendant C, and 6,031,32 won from Defendant A’s above Japanese bank account, and 3,412,452 won from Defendant E’s above bank account. Accordingly, the Plaintiff was to receive a refund of 4,396 won from among the transfer money of Defendant B’s account, 124,121 won from Defendant C’s account transfer money, and 10,610 won from Defendant D’s account transfer money, and 14,537 won from Defendant E’s account transfer money.
