1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 106,119,205 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 19, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs wholesale and retail business of factory automation parts, and the Defendant is a company that runs the business of manufacturing industrial robots.

B. From June 2014 to July 2015, the Plaintiff supplied several factory automation parts equivalent to KRW 141,352,405 to the Defendant. The Defendant paid only KRW 35,233,200 out of the price of the said goods, and did not pay the remainder of KRW 106,119,205.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining amount of KRW 106,119,205 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 19, 2015 to the day after the delivery date of the instant payment order, which is the day after the delivery date of the instant payment order, to the day after full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is reasonable.
