The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On July 16, 2019, at around 09:15, the Defendant: (a) collected bricks ( approximately 20 cm, approximately 7 cm in vertical length) which are dangerous objects on the floor from the door side of “C” restaurant, and damaged KRW 1,100,000 of the repair cost, by cutting off the gate of the EM7 car owned by the victim D, who was parked there.

2. On July 16, 2019, around 09:30 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) arrested the victim G(36 years old); (b) the background leading up to the F District of the Chungcheongnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station that received 112 reports; and (c) the security guards: (a) arrested the victim of the crime as described in paragraph (1) from the victim G (36 years old); and (b) the victim was on board the back seat of the I patrol and moved to the F District; (b) the victim was frightd in tobacco within the patrol vehicle; and (c) the victim was frightd from the victim at one time when the victim was frightd, and the victim was frightd from drinking, and the victim was frightd with the front door, where the number of treatment days cannot be known to the victim.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in criminal investigations, and at the same time, injured the victim, and damaged the patrol car, which is used by public offices, to use approximately KRW 2,30,000 for repairing expenses.
