A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person working as the head of Vietnam Corporation B, and the victim C (a person, a person, and the age of 29) is a business partner of the above corporation.

On May 4, 2017, the Defendant stated the E restaurant and the F bill of indictment, which is a restaurant in Vietnam City, around 18:30 on May 4, 2017, the Defendant stated as if he/she was an E restaurant and F. However, it was recognized by amendment ex officio without changing the indictment to prevent misunderstanding (No. 35 pages 2 of the investigation record). In the same day, it was proposed that the Defendant “the victim who want to return to the Republic of Korea, prior to the above restaurant, prior to the above restaurant, and prior to the above restaurant” was “the remaining defects of the beer.”

As a result, the defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act, thereby resulting in the victim's elbow blusing project to the right arms with which the number of days of treatment can not be known.

In accordance with the written diagnosis of the victim, the victim's injury part shall be corrected ex officio without the change of the public prosecutor.
