Punishment of the crime

1. On March 24, 2014, from around 09:40 to around 11:40 of the same day, the Defendant opened a door that does not correct the victim AW for a set-off passenger car (AX) parked at the “spamp of life,” located at the 1 cycle 633-gil 10,00,000, in total, KRW 2.52,000,000, in total, and thereafter, stolen the victim’s money owned by the World Cup from around November 8, 2014, in total, from around 11, 2014, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 3,000,000, in total, from around 2,52,000.

2. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked by the injured party AZ on the roads set by the injured party AY on the roads set up in Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) opened the said vehicle into the said vehicle; (c) opened the USB Megri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si; and (d) cut off-out-type car, one of which contains a 30,000 won market price.

At around 02:10 on January 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stored a spacker with the market value equivalent to KRW 300,000,000, which is the victim’s market value installed outside the said store, in front of the “BD” road of the victim BC’s operation on the one hand, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul.
