A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 4, 2014, at around 00:35, the Defendant: (a) reported that he was under the influence of alcohol in front of the Daegu Seogu, Seogu, Daegu; (b) and (c) sent D, on the ground that D, a police officer affiliated with the Taegu, Seogu, Police Station C District D, who was called “this chrone, Embroe,” and “this chrone, spathe, spabife, spabife one gold, spabife”, and d, with both hand, displayed D a drinking, and spabling D’s head.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.
