A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven B string in a drunken state with approximately 2km alcohol concentration of about 0.192% in front of the “Cheongwon Credit Cooperative,” located in the two Dongs of the Seogu Seogu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro 59, from September 17, 2015 to the front road of the “ Samwon-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu.”

Ultimately, the Defendant driving the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and driving the said car to the victim C and the victim E for two weeks, and inflicted injury on the c and the tensions, such as c’s salt, tensions, etc., which require approximately two weeks’ medical treatment to the victim G (the victim 22 years old) who is a passenger of C, and the victim H (the victim) who is a passenger of E.
