All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).

Examining the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that all of the facts charged of this case against the Defendants was guilty, on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning.

In doing so, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles regarding the establishment of joint principal offenders as to the violation of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act against Defendant C, beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
